ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Orders for Up North Technologies, Inc. products may
be placed in two ways:

1.) MAIL ORDER VIA PDF ORDER FORM
       • Mail orders will only be accepted from U.S. and Canadian customers.
       • NO INTERNATIONAL (OVERSEAS) MAIL ORDERS ACCEPTED.
       • U.S. mail orders require a United States Postal Service money order for payment.
       • Canadian orders require an International Postal Money Order
         payable in U.S. funds for payment.
       • Personal checks will NOT be accepted for any mail orders.

2.) ORDER ONLINE WITH CREDIT CARD VIA THE PAY-PAL® SYSTEM
       The Up North Technologies, Inc. website utilizes the Pay-Pal® credit card processing
       system for convenient, secure online purchasing. A PAY PAL® ACCOUNT IS
       NOT REQUIRED TO UTILIZE THIS SYSTEM. Simply follow the instructions at the
       online ordering page to place your order with a credit card.

NOTE: INTERNATIONAL (OVERSEAS) ORDERS
       An additional $50 shipping/handling charge applies to all international (overseas) orders.
       For international (overseas) customers, this charge will be added during
       the order placement process.
